Tribesmen rowing Club are pleased to be hosting Tribes@Home Regatta on Saturday 24 August 2019 on the River Corrib, at Dangan, Galway.
As in previous years, this will be a tour boat (quad) only regatta, racing over 500M. Visiting clubs do not need to bring boats or oars as these will be provided. You just need to wear a silly hat, wig or other form of headgear.
– New to rowing (less than 12 months) – women’s and men’s crews
– Experienced rowers – women’s and men’s crews
In your entry, please state which category your crews are in so that we can race similar standard crews against each other. Mixed racing will take part at the end of the regatta and can be entered on the day.
If you do not have sufficient club members to fill a boat, you can still enter the names of those who would like to race and we will put them in a crew.
Races cost €5 per seat payable on the day.

Please aim to arrive in Galway at 12pm in order to be ready to race at Dangan from approximately 1pm onwards.
There will be a BBQ and music afterwards at Corrib Rowing & Yachting Club at the cost of €10 per person. BYOB.
